Two brides holding hands as their celebrant reads, Quarry Farm

Perth · Western Australia

Same-sex
wedding photographer

Nyomi and Kortnee married at Quarry Farm in February. Nat and Shanni married at the same place in July. Four brides, two very different days, and both galleries are below in full — have a look before you decide anything.

Most wedding photography is quietly built around one assumption: a bride, a groom, and a running order everybody already knows. That assumption sits inside the timelines, the shot lists, even the language suppliers use without thinking. When it doesn't fit, the day gets gently bent to suit the photographer instead of the couple.

So we ask rather than assume. Who's getting ready where, and whether you want to see each other before the ceremony. Who's walking you down the aisle, if anyone is. Which family groupings matter, and which ones are complicated. None of that is unique to same-sex weddings — it's just what happens when you plan around the two people in front of you instead of a template.

We've photographed plenty of same-sex weddings. Yours won't be the first, which is honestly the main thing worth knowing — you're not going to be explaining yourselves to us. There are two full galleries below, both shot at Quarry Farm a few months apart, so judge us on those and ask us anything at all before you book.

Same packages, same prices, same team. There's no separate list.
